New features

Initial commit.

This is the initial alpha release of the MediaElement module. In this release is:

• An option to apply MediaElement to all audio and video tags globally.
• File Field support for MediaElement to be a formatter.

The plugin name was changed to Aurigma Mass Uploader for CCK.

Implement module as a FileField widget.
Add compatibility with the latest Aurigma Image Uploader component.
Client side validation for uploaded file type and file size.
Fix issues with FieldGroup module.

Found a few bugs to help improve a couple of things in charges and tokens.

Updated Raphaël to 1.5.2.
Updated gRaphaël to 0.4.1.
Adding example module with code samples for different types of graphs.
