This is a doozy - it unifieds the polygoninteraction and pointinteraction behaviors, rewriting their internals so that they can support multiple stacked stylewriter layers and aren't clobbered by elements landing in front of the mouse.

Also, this version works.

Added convertion of region code to its region name.

Beta release of Clock 7.x
Should work with latest version of Date API and Drupal 7.
The variable names have changed for Drupal 7. An update function is provided that deletes the old variables. You will have to reconfigure your clock block.

Needs testing! Use with caution.
- Compression ratio is now displayed in the Status Report rather than notifications.
- Added all known CSS properties specific for webkit and mozilla gecko.
- Better fix for *property css hack.
- Updating CSSTidy to latest dev.
