New features

Initial commit of the module.

Things seem to be working, no real known bugs. One slight drawback, though: Matches of one round should be created with the same starting time, or the round overview will break.

Mostly bugfixes:

• #920664 by mathiaz.sk: Orphaned fields aren't triggered correctly.
• #922406: Added primary key to schema.
• #932654 by mikeytown2: Fix PHP notices on undefined variables.

#853546 by xjm: Drupal.settings.ConditionalFields.controlling_fields is undefined when user has no access to field.

• Correctly reset untriggered fields to their default values.
• Avoid error in js if controlling field is present but there is no controlled field
• Strip tags from selectable triggering values.

Two new features:

Moved the Secondary Menu back into the header in the page.tpl. Misc fixes to markup.

I updated the module to use version 2.0 of the SocialToaster signup widget. This widget makes signing up as an ambassador much easier.

Extend input filter to provide currency conversions using the currency_api integration.
Extends SimpleTest for testing embedded input filter.
Added more SimpleTest conditions.
Added span tag to themed output (and altered SimpleTests to cope).
