Adding back in some debug functionality, adding debug functions for the 32 col grid.
24 and 32 column grids now work together with 950 usable pixels the way 12 and 16 do with 940 usable pixels.

Fixing a major issue with grid sizing and push/pull when a region appears as empty.
This should fix ALL layout issues with any combination of grid size in static or dynamic regions with push/pull applied.
