New features

Changes include:
- #973660: pass table alias to db_rewrite_sql() so ON clause does not generate SQL error
- #966168: use h2 for current criteria block title above content
- make the search results above content into an official block (which may be themed as desired)

Feature update: simplify Fever showcase. To upgrate from 6.x-1.2, simply delete and copy custom folder.

Backporting the functionallity from 7.x branch.

* $data contains more information about the webform component now ('name' and 'value').

First version of Webform Rules for Drupal 7.

New branch of jCarousel module that attempts to reign-in forked implementations of jCarousel features, such as integrated Views support to make Views Carousel unnecessary.

The current development snapshot for the module, with the newest features and bug fixes, but maybe also more undiscovered bugs than regular releases. Not suitable for production use.
