D7! This is based off of the standard profile, from D7 core.

D7 release. Note: this is a modified version of the standard profile, from D7 core.

Adding ability to specify if you want header or footer to fit the entire browser window, regardless of site width.

Updated documentation, moved header outside of container div, remove #content div
