Added hook so that modules can modify the breadcrumb.

The following release contains the following bug fixes and changes:

Drupal 7 port along with a necessary new feature - field mapping. This is highly experimental and testing & feedback (and patches, of course) are much sought after.

first release, it works with drupal 7.0, we have to create the helper module for management and call-home, but.. looks good
