New features

Beta release of the 6.x-2.x branch, which is a backport of the 7.x-1.x branch.

Main changes from 6.x-1.x are:
- Better code.
- Much better and a lot more theme implementations, allowing for more fine-grained control of the way the forecast looks on your site.
- Implemented Drupal core's caching features, giving a significantly higher performance.
- Better logic for getting new xml data from yr.no. Should give better performance.

Note that there is no jquery_ui integration in this beta release. It will come later.
