This release hardens asynchronous script loading:

* Add inline header JS for a2a_config & script loading logic
* Replace first button JS with one call to async script loading function, to utilize of concurrent downloading with async
* Add footer call to async script loading function, in case first button HTML+JS does not output
* Reduce JS whitespace output

- completely revamp as zen-7.x-3.x-dev subtheme.
