Backport the new Drupal.behaviours way of adding the cloud tags from D7 to D6.

Shiny newness in the 6.x-2.x branch.

Fix a potential PHP warning.

Due to no other outstanding issues, release a stable D6 version. New work will be done in the 6.x-2.x branch.

Fixed a typo I had in my last release on line 62 of the page.tpl file for a missing ).

Please update to 6.x-1.3 or the latest 6.x-1.x-dev to fix white screens or error messages while loading your site.

Quite significant bugfix to complete the previous "all the directory" ACL: do not stop applying ACLs on errors...
