(Fix from Beta2 - region descriptions not displaying on quiz results screen)

Beta 2 release notes:
Added new functionality to the module: any region and non-regions.

Any Region: With this new tickbox it is possible to say that a user can place any target into any region. The user scores the correct score if any target is placed into that region.

Non-region: It is possible to set a region with no dimensions, this is a non region. The user scores the correct score if they do not place the target anywhere on the image.
