Added in administration first time browscap data check.
Fixed wrong mobile theme value in hook_boot().
Changes that allow the correct cooperation with the Browscap module branch 2:
- Load the module during bootstrap.
- Fixed the use of false and true as string.

Security update to address the security vulnerability as addressed in http://drupal.org/node/1471800 and http://drupal.org/node/1482920.

Module has been patched. Everyone should update their module for the security fix, and run update.php because there's been database changes.

Note that the UI has changed as well: The "Table Prefix" value has been split into "Database Name" and "Table Prefix".

Bunch of miscellaneous tweaks/fixes/patches applied

• Miscellaneous code cleanup to adhere to Drupal coding standards (http://drupal.org/coding-standards).
• Issue #1374114 by penyaskito: bypass splash when maintenance mode is enabled or during updates.
• Added support for colorbox on modified patch from user moejarv. See Issue #288043
• Commented out deceiving lightbox2 option unless or until support for it is actually implemented.
