Note that this was not really an issue in D6, but ported anyway since it is cleaner.

Other than this, nothing new. Just wanted to make a stable release after so long in beta with no reproducible issues...

No new features, just fixing bugs:

• Issue #1366192: Html e-mails don't use the set 'from' address
• Fixed an error saying WD php: Notice: Use of undefined constant MAIL2ALL_PROCESSING - assumed 'MAIL2ALL_PROCESSING' in include_once()

No issues reported yet. Creating Release.

Fixed the use of the global variable site_offline on fresh installs if this variable not initialized.
