Fixes Issue #1716412 JS file uses disallowed GPLv3.

Changes in here since 6.x-1.1:

• Contributor and Keyword orphan cleanup is now done using cron rather than on biblio update.
• changed biblio_form_alter to use form element "#access" to hide form elements rather than NULLing it out. This should eliminate adverse interactions with other modules such as feeds or OG.
• Fixed "More Authors" not respecting Auto-complete field settings.

This is a maintenance release which fixes #1716070: Add option to unset a context
