Fixes #252745 - Cached js broken with subdirectory URLs

This is pretty much alpha code - it's still fairly experimental. Expect APIs to change without notice.

The 6.x-2.x is a work-in-progress towards a much more awesome version of flexifilter. At the moment it is currently still a complete work in progress and most of it does not work. This should not be used under any circumstances on a production site.

This works somwhat.
