Updated README to inform Drupal 6 users of how to print the variable in their page.tpl.php.

Instead of server side checking of the cookie, moved to a client side check in order to fix issue with page cache.

Minor bugs were addressed

This resolves a major regression in the last release and is a recommended update for all sites.
