New and improved Menu block module for Drupal 6.

• Added extensive documentation help text.
• Added extended classes to menu trees.
• Menu block's administrative interface now matches the block module's standard add, configure, and delete interface.

Authorization is available. In this new version it is possible to set up automatic grouping options after the Shibboleth given SERVER attributes and the proper regular expressions.
