#293291 - support for converting mailto: tags

• Added an html tag filter (see #303593: Error in configuration file makes SimpleBlogroll unusable) and a double (or n-multiple) line check. Now feeds can be separated by multiple or even no line (module will detect 'http:' and put a line break in front).
• Corrected code for consistency.

First commit as version six. No new features from version 5

Initial Drupal 6 release.
