Bugs fixed:
1. Add theme function and bible.css
2. Modify BLS-popup way so that block can be in right position.
3. Add BLS ability so that Gen.1:1 can do like GEN:1:1

This is a working version, however there are a few thing I want to do before giving out a stable release.

TODO:

- Support more languages for the translation (as requested). Thanks to zekr opensource project.
- There are meanings for each chapter title

Added the changes that took 5.x-1.1 to 5.x-1.2. These were:
#241646: Modifying this module - Added functionality to redirect at term level.

This release fixes visibility issues when using addthis button in node links. Now admin settings are respected on displaying on teasers and node pages. Thanks to attheshow for reporting this bug.
