Initial Drupal 6 release of Availability Calendars module.

Final changes for Drupal 6. See #309157 if you get 'undefined function translation_node_nid()' errors.

The first alpha release

Apply for role for Drupal 6. This is a bugfix and new feature release. This release includes a huge cleanup and triggers/actions integration, both thanks to drewish. Thanks also to BassistJimmyJam.
ATTENTION: You will need to reset your permissions if you are upgrading to this release from 6.x-1.2 or earlier.

This updated brings with it a number of feature changes, bug fixes, and changes. In updated to the newest release of FFPC you will have to rebuild your podcast views. The new process for building a view is to create a new feed, Add a podcast style, and set the Row type to Podcast Episode. With this change there are a number of new features. For example, you can select how the description on the node should display (full text, teaser, etc.).
