This branch will add the option of choosing between a variety of bundled "flag sets", in addition to a set chosen by the user.

Virtually the same as RC1, just with added flags for Romanian and Esperanto, as well as a German translation.

A single menu bug has surfaced, which affects users also using the Localization client module. See #281585: two active menu local tasks for details and please provide feedback with regards to the patch.

Now works with clean URLs. Needed to add some 'not found' handlers so that the applet would look in the local JRE for some classes.

Also, I think I now calculate the path to the jar file correctly.
