Changes since DRUPAL-6--2-0-BETA5:

• Add first test to check if the content owner can edit a node
• Fix action forms
• Fix up documentation
• Fix up issue with drupal_write_record()
• Fix up issue with Access fieldset always being open

This is the initial release of GCal Events.
