Initial dev release for Drupal 6.x

This release is basically to fix a vulnerability in the submodules "shouts" and "heartbeat_comments". The problem was a CSRF attach was possible.

Fixed : Undefined $order_id in uc_systempay_response().
Run uc_cart_complete_sale() before uc_payment_enter().
New features: added support for GET return_mode and address fields.
Removed the unnecessary default value for uc_systempay_method_description in cart-details.
Minor rewrites.
