6.x

Initial D6 release.

The is the dev branch for Drupal 6. I will try to keep this generally functional.

Some new features including:
- Configurable theme prefix
- Configurable inline editing
- Tile util function for block region

Bug Fix:
- Fixed default display id for view tile

Bugfixes:
- fix for "error - cannot redeclare class SimplePie". This bug is encountered if you are using SimplePie in another module (FeedAPI, for example)

New Features:
- Added "reset to defaults" feature in block configuration. Handy if you messed up your template configs or if you just want to start fresh
- Added ability to enter the XML address for Calendar ID and Private ID and have just the ID be parsed out of it.

Unfortunately necessary bug fix release to remove debug code I accidentally committed just prior to releasing 2.0.
