This is a first release candidate. It works but possibly includes wrong strings. Please test it!

- ported patch to fix "white bar appears above suckerfish" issue
- added 2 new regions, main content top and main content bottom

• Fixed bug with users unable to post a comment using this theme. http://drupal.org/node/323929
• Removed hyperlink for comments count in node information bar.

- Fixed location of $closure
- Fixed <div id="header"> to clear floats
- Cleaned the code a bit to comply with Drupal Coding Guidelines
- Edited some comments
- Commenting out drupal_rebuild_theme_registry(); by default
