small fixes

- Requires CTools for pluggable tag types
- Add support for GPT async tag type

• Added an optional, dedicated cache bin and static caching of all lookups to avoid re-verifying every image on every page load.
• Added option to provide imagecache with cached width/height information from verified images to improve site performance
• Added automated testing of all theme functions that are intercepted by ICD and user permissions
• Added a workaround for potential conflicts with other modules that modify the imagecache theme registry

Beta 1:
This is a first 3.x release. It requires CTools for pluggable tag types and it supports the new GPT async tag. Upgrade if you want to use GPT async tag, don't if you don't want it. Future 3.x release might support only GPT async tag, you can't switch back to the old tag type.
