Development branch for Core release block

#349533: Slideshow CS not working without Clean URLs by Dret: Slideshow now works without Clean URLs too.

First official release.

I have included the imgtax module in with this one, too.

• Cleaned up theme codes and styles. Added more support for translatable strings t().
• Reorganised style.css file.
• Added new feature, Son of Suckerfish Dropdowns to primary links. Primary links now have dropdown menus.
• Removed fix-ie.css style dependency.

First release of the D6 version.
Please test and comment.

This version includes a choice of showing, or not, the search counters.
