Array wasn't being reset in a loop resulting in falsely declaring that a term had active children.

- More control on layout via CSS selectors : it is possible to hide via CSS unwanted form elements

First official release for Drupal 6.x.

#327021 by batbug2. This is the official port to Drupal 6. No new features have been added. A fair amount of work was taken from batbug2's port.
