Bug fixes and tidy up

Initial port of ip2cc to Drupal 6. Please test and report any issues.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE USE THIS VERSION WITH FUDFORUM VERSIONS UP TO 3.0.0. THIS VERSION OF THE MODULE IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH FUDFORUM 3.0.1 AND LATER RELEASES.

The updated module will try to auto-login users in Drupal if they are already logged in on the Forum.

If not, users can still use Drupal's login form to authenticate manually based on their credentials in the forum database.

This is a pre-release just so people interested in PAD files may send comments or even help in the development.

This version is not yet working.
