Fixed xml responses parser to handle ampersands and provided the import process with its own "email confirmation" flag.

This project doesn't have releases, per-se, but we do need to track issues against versions in the queue.

First release

This is the development version.

This release of Form Builder focuses on data integrity issues. In particular, it handles reordering of new elements and nesting within fieldsets in more robust ways. This upgrade is recommended for all users of Form Builder.

Bug fixes since 1.2:

Most important fix is for XFBML.parse exceptions
Other minor issues fixed.
