• #1181632: clearing cache shouldn't truncate boost_cache_settings table : do not truncate boost_cache_settings table on cache flush (it contains real settings that are set by the user)

Misc bug fixes related to improper D7 syntax that had leaked its way in. Better wording on form pages. Minor improvements.

This release has a couple of minor interface improvements, but also eliminates the need for php 5.3. If you're using php 5.2 or earlier, you'll need this release.
