Several typos and badly formed code.
Missing variable initializations.
Missing user account validation; could have caused problems with deleted accounts.
Fixed form state variable handling. Some node type configuration settings would not have been saved.

New features:

Internal filter processing has changed. The hook_filter op "prepare" is no longer in use as it complicated input format setup dramatically. It is now safe to place the "advanced quote filter" after the HTML filter and, if existing, after e.g. the "usenet quotes filter".
Configurable custom "add comment" link label.
More descriptive configuration form elements.
Configurable "user name" and "user link" label including custom preceding/trailing spaces. This will help getting nicer quotation headers if e.g. there is no user name oder user id given.
Comment subjects will now also turn into "required" and optionally have a default value even if the comment form is on the same page as the node/comments thread.
