Stable release for 6.x

The basic functionality is the same, with various issues fixed. Most of these issues are behind-the-scenes; the only one that is visible is the tweaked UI, which now works more like the UI for changing block titles.

This version has been in use since April 2012 on two production sites with D6 and CiviCRM 3.4.8. It requires this patch:

Updated to support Confident CAPTCHA library version 2.3

• Menu block selection fixed, when a menu is not placed in a block region
• Switch 6.x version back from master to his branch
