New release for the Alpha1 Aegir release. We are now back into our separate module and will have de-synchronised releases from the core of Aegir, see #1468874: Split Eldir back out to a stand-alone project for details.

Forgot to put caching back on for folder listings

fix for displaying folders properly, got rid of showing files, since
google doesn't really support it in their xml structure. There will
just be links to folders. sad but I'm tired of struggling with Googles
poor xml structure
