SA-CONTRIB-2013-017 - Yandex.Metrics - Cross site scripting (XSS)

This release merges upstream bufixes with branch hosted on drupal.org

1. Added cleanup of url aliases after change of cck field values in node (ie. deletion of nodes).
2. Added verification of field existence during field display. If field is truly empty, 404 error will be emmited.
