Hotfix: Issue in the hook_init(). Cause don't load the JS in the node edition and creation.

Remember to run the update script (update.php) when upgrading from a lower version.

This is the first public release of the Ubercart Connector for AvaTax Calc.

Please not that it does NOT include the Avalara PHP library, the credentials file for configuring the AvaTax account and license key, or the AvaTax configuration file. These are provided by Avalara when a development or commercial account is configured.
