The dev release of VBO Search and Replace for D6

• Default "create a site" behavior may be overridden on the site create/edit form.
  • Negative number means "don't create a Piwik entry for this site"; no piwik integration is added to settings.php.
  • Positive number means "don't create a Piwik entry for this site"; instead the number specified is added as the Piwik site ID in settings.php
  • Zero or blank means use default behavior - create a Piwik entry for the site, and insert the new Piwik site ID in settings.php.
