Revisions to item field output to meet EndPlay specs more completely

This has been stable for years.

I've kicked out the scaffolding (used to log 5x more than was necessary - all for debugging during dev) and why not call it a release.

Fixed name tag ignored in Default Tags list, now allow multiple name classes to concatenate, empty arg clears all class names.
nirbhasa: Added 'class' as a better alias for 'name'.
Updated README.txt for changes to the name-class option.

Issue 1951822 by monnerat: Fixed munged class names on next- and previous- links.
