6.x

Final beta release before 6.x-1.0 stable. There should be no bugs left, but I tagged this as a beta in case I was wrong.

Changes against 6.x-2.1:

• Issue #1806704: Fatal error on early bootstrap stages
• Issue #1451232 by Jorrit: Fixed issues with localization in the "Additional debug info" section of the E-mail log administration panel
• Issue #1850162: Replaced levenshtein() with similar_text()
