Fixed:
Update hook not working with autoload 1.4.

H5P library administration added:

• PUpload H5P packages without content, or with ignored content
• List all H5P libraries currently installed. For each library, the following is displayed:
• • The library version
  • Number of nodes using the library
  • Number of other libraries dependent of this library
• Possibility to delete unused and independent libraries
• A list showing all nodes using a specific library

(This release is the same as beta 25, but with an improved upgrade path)

Fixed bug in update hook, which made dependencies not being rebuilt correctly
