Initial commit of 4.7 version

To-do;

Create a 'horizontal' view.
Disallow deletion of menu items which have children.
Implement an autocomplete for the menu path (perhaps?)
General polish up/ bug catch.

- Multiple links fields wrapped in a fieldset
- Allows default values which are not necessarily valid URLs
- Added 'class' attribute
- Added cutoff length for displaying link URLs, previously 80 characters
- Corrected dead link to wikipedia.
- Corrected bug preventing more fields from being shown on Preview (5.x only)

New template scheme allows insertion of ads before and/or after node body/teaser.

NOTE: if you've used a previous version of adsense_injector on your site, you will need to reset configuration values to the defaults and re-configure new template values. You should make a note of all your current configuration values before you install this version in order to assist in this process.

In particular, the teaser/list view template default is now:
