Added a way to sync. multiple players.

Add a working version of the module, incompatible with previous installation 5.x-1.x.
The 'Publishing options' section had been replaced by a button like 'Edit' or 'Delete' on the view/edit page.

The permission name has changed, so you will have to update your permissions.

It now splits the permissions into publish and unpublish permissions, so that you can create editor
and moderator roles.

This version has jQuery cookie to remember which panels where exposed on previous page.
All default settings "should" work.

Branching for 5.x so I can start working on the 6.x port.
