• #367513: Move templates from code into template files. by TBarregren: Moved the default template from code to a template file.

Do not use this release. This release contains stray debugging code and will crash on sites that are not using the devel module. It has been superceded by the 5.x-2.5 version.

Fixed CSS and JS selectors that were specific to my development environment theme. OOPS! Now tested on Garland.

- Fixed: Help text now HTML-encodes text correctly
- Fixed bug causing sending to fail when time limit set to "unlimited"
