Styling for error messages included.

Fixes on the stylesheet raised on 5.x-1.2 version.

The 5 port required encapsulating old drupal.js calls into the webfm namespace since jquery isn't used (except for collapsing fieldsets). The module has been amalgamated into a single file and upload.js is used instead of webfm_upload.js. Two upload issues are unresolved. 1/ the page must be reloaded for multiple uploads 2/ the directory being uploaded to must be manually refreshed to show the new uploaded file. Drag and drop is improved since the dir/file anchors are now draggable.

Relatively stable 1.0 version of the nofollowlist module.
