First version of module

Initial release of version 2 imagepicker module.
If upgrading please read the 2.x notes carefully, there is a change (optional) in the way the files are stored.

A bug fix to issue #474204: Made my website unviewable by anonymous. Eariler versions would make your node listing page "access denied" if the viewer do not have permission to download filenode. Please update to this release if you have the same problem.

Replace debug db_queryd() function with standard db_query() function.
