Now also works if comment titles are disabled in the comment settings (#115312)

This is a maintenance release of the category module for the stable DRUPAL-5 branch. This version (1.1) includes several non-critical bug fixes. There is no new functionality for this release.

Adds the ability to control pager visibility and populate the pager node list via PHP snippets, improves theming of the default pagers, adds a 1-of-n count to the default pager, and fixes several minor bugs. Requires an update. (Version 1.3 included a minor error that prevented the count-of-nodes from displaying. Version 1.3a is the version to use.)
