Update for 5.0 written in notepad on a 386 laptop running Windows 3.1

Don't moan if it's buggy...

Added documentation, removed the dependency on Views module, and made the pager overview screen a bit more useful. If Views isn't installed, AND you don't have permission to use PHP snippets, it'll warn you when you edit or create a pager.

All core translation templates are now 100% translated in this bokmål release.

Roadmap:
Grammar checking, standardization of module names and commonly used terms are major priorities in versions 5.x-1.4-nb and above
Work on the Nynorsk version 5.x.1.0-nno is planned.

Viewfield for 5.0

Thanks to eaton, webchick, alex_b, yched, and stefano73 for helping get viewfield ready for Drupal 5.0.

This release is basically a compatibility release. Some changes to the implementation:
1. More reliance on the views formatters (as seems to be the norm for CCK fields now) for formatting regular node views.
2. The full node formatter is now the "default". This may break some existing views. It's worth the pain.
3. Added paging as per stefano73/alex_b's work. Relatively untested, but it looks good so far. (Thanks!)

Drupal 5 release of 'ReplacementTags' (Release Version 1.2)

• This new Drupal 5 release of RepTag implements support for CCK content fields. And user defined content pathes.
• It also provides a basic API to use RepTag from within other modules and to expose additional tags from other modules to RepTag.
• Namespace cleanup in .tags modules requires _xxx_init() (and similar) being renamed to reptag_xxx_init(). If you use own .tags modules you must adopt the changes.
