Drupal-5 dev release of the amazon filter module.

This version has bugs. You should stop use this Version, try 5.x-1.x-dev.

This is an update for Drupal 5.0. I also added in several new features: a show only if PHP returns true feature (written by Jill Elaine), a feature to automatically collapse node teaser fields, several options for handling empty node teasers, and more accurate node previews. The "continue reading" feature has been eliminated. This should be handled by Drupal's native "Read more" feature, or some augmentation thereof.
