Development Release of the theme Vertigo. Only minor updates and extras need adding in, otherwise a functioning theme

First stable release from the DRUPAL-5 branch.

fixed header section - added new style wrapper for site name and site slogan to help with alignment
site name is now semantically correct with a H1 tag
site slogan is now semantically correct with a H2 tag

The 5.x-1.x-dev version adds a new UI, core support, theme support, a cache for faster display of unchanged files, and works with the new Drupal 6 menu system. Also supports rule #severity of "minor", "normal", and "critical" (5.x-1.x-dev).

Fixed some validation logic and added additional checking for various vocabulary permutations.
Simplified the settings in the vocabulary edit page.

Updated to Drupal 5.
