First stable release for 5.x

fix for inital enabled/disabled state of Public checkbox.

This is first 5.x compatibility release. It features same functionality as 4.7.x version with no bugfixes. Javascript is ported to use jQuery. There may be some issues with IE6, but it works. Enjoy. If you want more features or bugfixes, wait for 5.x-2.x release.
